t took me three afternoons (when I got off of work) and one morning to assemble it. I comes in a very heavy box. All the pieces were there (plus some spare screws and things). The holes for the lock mechanism (inside the top drawer) could have been a little deeper & better aligned, but it works. I wish the side shelves were adjustable. That's my only complaint. Take your time, & if possible, get a friend or neighbor to help assemble it. Take your time and do it right. The instructions are a bit confusing, but w/a little trial & error, it comes together.

This desk is remarkable for the price - and even at a higher price. The quality is very good, and it looks really nice when assembled. It is sturdy and everything fits together very well. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. All the parts were labelled, all pieces and holes lined up, and the instructions were good. (They need to be followed carefully, but everything you need to know is there.) I was even highly impressed with how it was packed - so many pieces fit together like a jigsaw for the smallest packing size possible. It takes a long time to assemble - there are a lot of parts - but I had no issues or problems with pieces that didn't quite fit. Sedeta deserves recognition for providing such a good piece of furniture at such a reasonable price.

I ordered this cabinet and a desk from Sedeta I love the desk and cabinet. The only thing they really need to change is the power port location, they put it on the side panel which looks great on the inside but from the outside looks horrible. You have this big box with a cord and sticker hanging on the side in plain view. They need to relocate this to the back.

Bought two, one for me and one for my husband. Perfect for organizing desk supplies, papers, and painting tools.
